How long will it take to ship my project?

Why don’t you include a union label on the FREE Download images?
Our international license agreement with the IBT only allows us to include our union label when we print your job.
How can I get a union label on my order?
Have your job printed at a union print shop or use our service.
Will the colors on my final job match the colors I see on your web site or my print from your PDFs I download?
Colors, whether online or imaged from downloaded PDF files, are approximations of the colors on your final job. Because of the various technologies used to show colors, there can always be a color and/or tonal shift from what is seen onscreen or printed from downloaded files.
What is a proof?
A proof is used as a way of ensuring that we have set your type accurately, used the graphics properly and that everything is positioned accordingly to your requirements. It is important to note that color proofs are approximations of the final printed piece. There is always some color variation between the proof and printed piece.
When do I need to see and review a proof?
You need to review our emailed PDF proof(s) only when we produce a job that is not shown on the products page of this site.
I got an estimate from you on design and production charges. Are there ever any additional charges?
There may be. Our charges for design and production are based on a clear understanding of what type of work you want us to do.

We will discuss our design concept with you. Once you approve, we move on to complete the design. At that point we furnish an online PDF proof. The purpose of the proof is to show that we have accurately reproduced the design concept, text and images.

You will not pay for corrections if we have not reproduced your information according to our understanding.

If you decide to make any changes after approving the design concept and graphics, this is considered new and additional work. The printing industry calls this Author's Alterations and charges for this additional work on a time and materials basis.

We will give you an estimate on the additional charges and time necessary to complete them. These additional charges will be added as a separate charge to our original estimate which you approved.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my job?
We are obligated to add Pennsylvania sales tax (currently 6%) to the costs of certain products and services we produce when delivered in Pennsylvania.
What cards do you accept for payment?
We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover. Your information is secure with us.
Does your company have a Quality Assurance Program?
Yes. We developed our own Quality Assurance Program long before the industry created this term. We recognized the need for consistent quality of both the process and the manufactured product. Our QA standards rank with the highest in our industry.

Yes. Our program utilizes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from start to finish. This ensures the dependability of our schedules and quality of our output.
